Leadership Circles: Where AI Is Changing How Marketing Teams Work
AI is quickly becoming part of the marketing workflow, promising faster content, smarter targeting, and more efficient teams. But the reality on the ground looks very different across organizations.
This Leadership Circle brings together marketing and demand leaders for a candid exchange on where AI is genuinely improving work, where the hype hasn’t matched reality, and how teams are adapting their processes, skills, and expectations.
Hosted by Alyssa Asbell, Director of GTM Strategy & Marketing at KIBO, who will guide the discussion among peers.
Rather than presentations, this is a small, facilitated conversation where marketing and demand leaders can compare notes, share lessons learned, and explore the practical challenges of introducing AI into marketing workflows. Leadership Circles are intentionally limited in size to allow for open discussion and meaningful exchange among participants.
Together we’ll explore questions such as:
• Where has AI genuinely improved your marketing workflow and what did you stop doing as a result?
• How are teams maintaining quality control as AI generates more content at scale?
• Where are humans still essential in the loop, and why?
• How is AI changing the skills you look for when hiring marketing talent?
• Which AI experiments looked promising but didn’t deliver in practice?
We’ll also touch on two broader themes shaping marketing teams today:
• Maintaining trust and brand voice when many teams are using similar AI tools
• Whether AI is simply improving efficiency or quietly changing what a marketing team looks like
If you lead marketing or demand generation and are actively experimenting with AI, this session offers a chance to exchange perspectives with peers navigating similar questions.
