AI is now part of how most marketing teams work, and the team itself is starting to look different. As the tools take on more of the production, different skills matter, different roles are in demand, and leaders are rethinking who they hire and why.
So let’s talk about it. Sit down with other marketing leaders and compare notes on how your teams are changing in practice: what is working, what you are hiring for, and where people still make all the difference.
Your host:
Rachel Tonner , VP of Product Marketing and Enablement at Amplience and our new MACH Alliance Community Chair, will guide the conversation. She is living this shift with her own team and wants to hear how others are handling it. Everyone is invited to share questions, challenges, and lessons from their own teams. We'll discuss:
- Which roles and skills matter more now, and which are fading
- What leaders look for when hiring, now that AI handles more of the production
- How teams are adapting: new ways of working, upskilling, and bringing new people up to speed
Who is this for?
Marketing and demand generation leaders on the vendor/SI side, along with the HR, talent, and people leaders who hire and support them. If you are rethinking what your team looks like as AI becomes part of everyday work, come share and compare notes.
Leadership Circles are small and private, and we do not record them, so everyone can speak openly.
