Composable gave marketers specialist tools, but those systems don’t always communicate with each other. Running a single campaign still means defining the same audience twice, connecting systems by hand and waiting for developer time. Somewhere in the shuffle, teams lose the thread.
Can two agents configure an incentive campaign across both platforms and leave the marketer with one window and one decision?
For the first time in the Show & Tell series, two MACH Alliance members, Voucherify and Bloomreach, will present together to show how their agents tackle that problem.
What the session covers
Tomasz Pindel and Andrew Kumar will show Voucherify’s incentive agent, Vincent, and Bloomreach’s Loomi Connect working together on the same promotion campaign through Model Context Protocol (MCP). Loomi AI and Vincent will coordinate the configuration across the customer engagement platform and incentive engine, with nobody clicking through either interface until the final approval. The demo opens up practical questions about permissions, shared context and accountability. Connecting the agents is one step. Agreeing on what they can do, when they should stop and who owns the outcome is another.
Attendees will learn
- What an agent should be allowed to do inside another vendor’s system
- What the two agents had to agree on before they could do useful work together
- Who is responsible when an agent gets the discount wrong
This session is particularly relevant to systems integrators configuring campaigns across client stacks, retailers running loyalty or promotions across multiple systems, and teams building the commerce, order management, search and customer data platforms alongside them.
