From Reactive to Autonomous: Solving Fashion Inventory with WAIR
Fashion retail inventory management is still largely reactive: rigid allocation rules, slow replenishment cycles, and transfers that happen after markdowns have already hit. The result is missed sales, excess stock, and decisions made too late.
WAIR will show how Wallie applies agentic AI to that problem. Wallie is an autonomous inventory agent built for Heads of Merchandise managing anywhere from 10 to 1,000+ shop floors. It handles the full inventory lifecycle - initial allocation, daily replenishment, stop-replenishment, and proactive mid- and end-season transfers - without waiting for a human to catch the signal first.
What the demo covers
In this session, the WAIR team will demo Wallie live: one capability, one use case, real deployment data.
NEW: More time for discussion
We’ve updated the Show & Tell format to make more room for discussion: about 10 minutes of live demo, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A. Come with questions about agentic architecture, implementation, governance, or how this fits into a composable retail stack.
Submit your questions in advance through the event registration form.
See you soon!
