Day 1

Most eCommerce traffic arrives without a login or customer profile. Retailers still need to convert those sessions, but broad promotions often give away margin to shoppers who would have purchased anyway.

Exchange Solutions will demonstrate how ES Engage, an AI-driven Offer Agent for eCommerce, makes real-time offer decisions using current-session behavior, with no PII or identity resolution required.

Exchange Solutions will demo ES Engage on FootLocker.com, showing how the Offer Agent evaluates in-session behavior, decides when to stay silent or present an offer, and determines the minimum effective incentive for each session.

The demo will illustrate how retailers can move from broad promotions to precise, session-specific offer decisioning, without replatforming or relying on identity resolution. The Foot Locker use case will show how this approach can protect margin, brand standards, and promotional discipline while driving measurable growth.

We’ve updated the Agent Ecosystem Show & Tell format to make more room for discussion: about 10 minutes of live demo, followed by

Bring your questions on privacy and personalization, offer decisioning, incrementality, implementation, partner opportunities, and how this fits into a composable commerce stack. You can also submit your questions in advance through the event registration form.
